Melese Shula joined CATHCA in 2015 as a Skills Development Coordinator.
He holds a Master’s Degree in educational leadership and management from St Augustine’s College of South Africa and a Doctor’s Degree in Philosophy of Education from the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Melese is responsible for coordinating the identification of the training needs, the design of skills development plans and methodologies, and execution and assessment of the training activities for the development of the organization. He also facilitates knowledge sharing, cross-learning, collaboration, mentoring, and accompaniment in relation to capacity building and skills development.
