CATHCA’s governance structure brings together strategic foresight and operational agility. Our Board of Management includes elected, ex officio, and co-opted members, along with representatives from faith-based leadership, and provides overall strategic direction and fiduciary oversight. With a focus on agile leadership between Board meetings, the Executive Committee partners with the Executive Director to guide key decisions and organisational priorities. Financial stewardship is further reinforced through a dedicated Finance Committee, which supports budgeting, risk management, and compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.
